Coming from Wooburn Green, you pass the Old Bell pub on your left, we are the next turning on the right. 

Coming from Bourne End, you pass Fromer Road on your right and Mill House is the next left hand turn. 

 

Please note Sat Nav can direct people to the wrong estate entrance - there is no access through to Mill House via estate entrance 1 from Thomas Road.

On arrival, when you turn off Town Lane, our carpark is immediately on your left (before you cross the river).
