Mill House Access and Security

​Access and Security

​

All Resident members are issued with an access fob for the front door, car park code, a shutter key and access code for the main gate over the bridge.

​

  • Lost fobs should be reported to a Mill House team member.

  • The car park code is 1988> and the pedestrian gate is 1988 (it is not automatic). If you are expecting visitors, please ensure you let them know the codes.

  • If you are the last person in Mill House, you are responsible for ensuring that the front door is firmly closed and the shutter brought down.

  • The main gate on the bridge closes at 7pm and opens again at 7am. To open the gate dial 07375 053381 and it will automatically open and will shut again after a few minutes.  Note - this works for registered phones only.

 

If you open any of the windows at Mill House, please ensure you close them before leaving the building.

 

When you are expecting guests at Mill House, please inform a member of the team and ask your guest to use the main car park.

Mill House Administration

​

When you have settled in please ensure that you complete the following forms which will be sent as links as part of your email welcome pack:-

  • The Mill House Induction sheet (car details, next of kin etc.)

  • Emergency/fire evacuation protocol

  • Acknowledgement of receipt of shutter key and main gate access code

 

If you plan to use our Virtual Office services, which includes mail handling and registering your company with Companies House using our address, please ensure you complete the Registered Office and Mail Handling Application Form.

 

Once we have received the form we will confirm within 10 days that everything is in order and that your application has been approved.

Mill House Facilities

​

The kitchen on the ground floor is for your use, including the microwave and fridge. Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use and put used crockery in the dishwasher.

 

The phone booths on the ground floor are available to all on a first come first served basis. If you need a private space at a specific time please speak to the Mill House team who will always try to accommodate you.

 

We have two meeting rooms which can be booked by the hour via the online booking system. As a Resident you will benefit from a 20% discount on the room rates. All members are welcome to use the meeting rooms free of charge on the day if they are unoccupied. Please check with a member of the Mill House team before use.  Advanced reservations must be booked and paid for.

 

The printer/scanner is located in the hall leading to the kitchen. You will receive instructions on how to set the printer up from your laptop in your welcome email.

 

Lockers are available to Residents. Please speak to a member of the Mill House team if you would like one.
