Calculate the Carbon Footprint of your Business

The carbon footprint of your business is the amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere as a result of the activities of your particular organisation.

The bigger the carbon footprint of your business, the greater the contribution to climate change.  By making  operational changes, we can all reduce our environmental footprint and the damage we do to our planet.

To reduce our carbon fotprint, we must first understand it and recognise the sources of our biggest emmissions.

1. Determine the key environmental impacts from your business
2. Learn how to measure and report your carbon footprint
3. Review your hotspots
4. Set targets to lower your carbon emisions.  Understand the action required and set a timeframe
5. Create a carbon reduction plan
